# activateTOTPDevice

## Overview

Activates the device that `setupTOTPDevice` started, then refetches the current user to pick up its devices.
Before rejecting with an `UnauthorizedError`, refetches the current user, so `authPendingFlow` names the flow
that the server now requires.

## Signature

`activateTOTPDevice(payload)`

### Parameters
