makeSearchParamsString

Overview

Make a search params string from the given search params object.

An array value is sent as one comma-separated value, the form DRF's ordering, the expand and omit parameters, and django-filter's CSV-based in filters read. A key listed in repeatedParams sends each array element under its own repeated key instead, the form Django's SelectMultiple widget reads, which keeps an element that contains a comma intact.
