# DeclarationProblem

## Overview

A structural fault found while resolving a declaration, reported later by a system check.

``section`` names the feature section at fault, or is empty when the fault is not specific to
one section. A section named here is left out of the contributor pass, so a feature never acts
on a declaration that VUEDA could not resolve.
