# ReleaseNote

## Overview

ReleaseNote(id, title, notes, date)

## `DoesNotExist` {#DoesNotExist}

The requested object does not exist

### Source {#DoesNotExist-source}

`server/vueda/release/models.py`

## `MultipleObjectsReturned` {#MultipleObjectsReturned}

The query returned multiple objects when only one was expected.

### Source {#MultipleObjectsReturned-source}

`server/vueda/release/models.py`

## `NotUpdated` {#NotUpdated}

The updated object no longer exists.

### Source {#NotUpdated-source}

`server/vueda/release/models.py`

## `date` {#date}

A wrapper for a deferred-loading field. When the value is read from this
object the first time, the query is executed.

### Signature {#date-signature}

`date(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#date-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="date-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `get_next_by_date` {#get_next_by_date}

Method descriptor with partial application of the given arguments
and keywords.

Supports wrapping existing descriptors and handles non-descriptor
callables as instance methods.

### Signature {#get_next_by_date-signature}

`get_next_by_date(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#get_next_by_date-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="get_next_by_date-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `get_previous_by_date` {#get_previous_by_date}

Method descriptor with partial application of the given arguments
and keywords.

Supports wrapping existing descriptors and handles non-descriptor
callables as instance methods.

### Signature {#get_previous_by_date-signature}

`get_previous_by_date(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#get_previous_by_date-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="get_previous_by_date-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `id` {#id}

A wrapper for a deferred-loading field. When the value is read from this
object the first time, the query is executed.

### Signature {#id-signature}

`id(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#id-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="id-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `notes` {#notes}

A wrapper for a deferred-loading field. When the value is read from this
object the first time, the query is executed.

### Signature {#notes-signature}

`notes(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#notes-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="notes-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `pgh_event_model` {#pgh_event_model}

A descriptor for accessing the pgh_event_model field on a tracked model

### Signature {#pgh_event_model-signature}

`pgh_event_model(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#pgh_event_model-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="pgh_event_model-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `title` {#title}

A wrapper for a deferred-loading field. When the value is read from this
object the first time, the query is executed.

### Signature {#title-signature}

`title(unknown)`

#### Parameters {#title-parameters}

| Name | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| <span id="title-param-unknown">unknown</span> |  | yes |  |  |

## `events` {#events}

Accessor to the related objects manager on the reverse side of a
many-to-one relation.

In the example::

    class Child(Model):
        parent = ForeignKey(Parent, related_name='children')

``Parent.children`` is a ``ReverseManyToOneDescriptor`` instance.

Most of the implementation is delegated to a dynamically defined manager
class built by ``create_reverse_many_to_one_manager()`` defined below.

## `formatted_name` {#formatted_name}

## `formatted_name_lookup_expression` {#formatted_name_lookup_expression}

A lookup path, such as ``"customer__name"``, that gives this model's formatted name.

Declare it with ``formatted_name = None`` to name a column on this model or one reached through
single-valued relations. ``FormattedNameManager`` annotates ``formatted_name`` from it.

A model that declares a lookup expression may name its own ``formatted_name`` in
``Meta.ordering``. Django's ``models.E015`` check resolves ordering terms against the model's
fields, so VUEDA withholds that one term from the check. The check tests every other term as
usual. VUEDA withholds the term only when the default manager annotates ``formatted_name``.
``Meta.ordering`` applies to every queryset, including those that a management command, a data
migration, or the admin builds, and only the manager's annotation makes the term valid there.
With any other default manager, ``models.E015`` reports the term, and ``vueda_core.E019`` also
reports the manager. A related path such as ``customer__formatted_name``
is never withheld. ``FormattedNameManager`` describes Django's base manager, whose querysets its
annotation does not reach.
