Re-authenticate with the password

Overview

Confirm the signed-in user's password and record a password authentication in the session.

This satisfies recent_auth_required for a user whose required flow is reauthenticate. A user with an MFA authenticator must use AllAuthMFAReauthenticateView instead; this view still accepts their password, but the record it writes does not count for them.
