Overview
TOML-based configuration adapter with typed accessors and environment variable overrides.
Classes
load_toml
Return the parsed contents of the TOML file at path, or an empty dict when the file does not exist.
Settings modules merge config.toml and config.local.toml this way before passing the result to TomlEnv.
